It happens every year – we come into January with the best intentions of changing for the better.  Most of the time, however, our resolutions are lofty and unattainable, and they fizzle out in a matter of weeks.  In my opinion, New Year Resolutions should be about a sustainable lifestyle change that won’t become a chore, and will still provide a significant impact to your training routine.  So without further adieu, here is a list…
