Kinetic Potential will create a customized, set training plan for you to ensure that you reach your goal races in top form.  The plan can be written using perceived effort, heart rate, power, or a combination of the three.  It’s your choice!

A questionnaire and standard field test will be completed before we write the plan, totally customized for you!
