The one month plan is perfect for individuals looking to compete in a bike race or triathlon for the first time.

The plan can be written using perceived effort, heart rate, power, or a combination of the three.  It’s your choice!  A questionnaire and standard field test will be completed before we write the plan, totally customized for you!

This plan will give you the direction, fitness, and confidence to know that you’ll start your goal race in peak form!
