The six month plan is best for anyone looking to peak for their single most important goal of the year, or for the athlete with 3 or more goal races throughout the season.

The plan can be written using perceived effort, heart rate, power, or a combination of the three.  It’s your choice!  A questionnaire and standard field test will be completed before we write the plan, totally customized for you!

This is the plan for any cyclist getting ready for a busy race schedule or a triathlete preparing for an Ironman.
