A customized training program is the best investment that an athlete can make.  Kinetic Potential will not just guide you through the physiological aspects of your training, we will work with you on nutrition, biomechanics, tactics, and everything else required to cross the finish line as quickly as possible.

On average, triathletes spend 50% of race time on the bike. While the cycling component is important, we understand that it must coincide with your running and swimming. That is why Kinetic Potential Coaching has teamed up with division one collegiate swimmers, elite level running coaches, and certified triathlon coaches in order to bring you the highest quality training programs available.

You will get totally customized training program updated weekly and analyzed daily, regardless of which package you choose.  Your training will be modified whenever necessary in order to meet your needs, no matter what life throws in your way.  We specialize in managing busy schedules in order to get the most out of your training!
